EIS/Civil is a full-function system that supports civil operations throughout the Department and compiles all process-related information into a single comprehensive management application.   EIS/ Civil enables the agency to track each Civil Process from inception through final service and its return to court, including the initial process receipt, service assignment & tracking, money management, and completion of service.   The system will ensure accurate accounting with a full feature built-in accounting capability with on-demand audit capability, and automatic fees and mileage calculations.  The system includes integrated accounting, service management, printable service worksheet returns, and an integrated Web-based handheld component to support field operations for Public Safety agencies.
