Senior Software Developer
We’re searching for dynamic, enthusiastic, and innovative software developers and designers to participate in the construction of our enterprise suite of public safety software. EIS has an immediate opening for a .NET / VB.NET Developer with 2+ years of experience on our Public Safety software development team. This position will require intimate knowledge of the .NET development platform and modern communications architecture. As part of the team, you'll work as an integral part of the development team and have a meaningful impact on our products and services.

Support Services Technician
We’re searching for software support specialists to work with our customer agencies to ensure the EIS products meet and exceed customer expectations. As part of the team, you'll work as an integral part of the support services team and have a meaningful impact on the quality of services provided to our customers.
As a member of the support team, you must have a strong drive to provide top-level services, and the ability to triage, diagnose and solve agency issues. Strong communication skills are required, along with a general knowledge of software technologies, databases, and standard computing processes. Specific knowledge of law enforcement, dispatch, or corrections is a definite plus. Occasional travel within the United States is required. The ability to work effectively in a virtual, multi-functional team environment and to be Self-directed with the ability multi-task is a must.

Territory Sales / Account Manager
We’re searching for a dynamic, enthusiastic, aggressive, and innovative Territorial Account Manager to assist in our continued growth throughout the United States. The Territorial Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and closing new sales within the assigned territory. In this position, you will function in a direct sales and marketing role with a specific focus on the development of new customer accounts. This position will require intimate knowledge of the government sales process and a specific understanding of the needs of public safety agencies. As part of the team, you'll work as an integral part of the sales group and have a meaningful impact on the future growth of the organization. General duties include:

Lead generation and account pre-qualification. Coordinating meetings and sales presentations.

Assisting in the general duties of account management, including preparation of pricing proposals, administrative review, and contract negotiations.

Analyzes the needs of prospective clients and develops individual sales strategies to further promote the company’s products and services to the prospect.

Preparing responses to bid documents (RFI’s and RFPs).

Attending public safety exhibits and trade shows throughout the country, and professionally representing EIS to prospects, partners, and current customers.

Account Associates will be required to perform direct and indirect product demonstrations.

Requirements

BA/BS degree preferred will consider previous experience.

2+ years in direct government sales, preferably software systems.

Strong Interest in law enforcement, public safety services, and other related government agencies.

Strong organizational skills, writing proficiency, and the capacity to manage to develop and manage a sales channel.

Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Familiarity with base computing system technologies.

Ability to travel frequently within the territory and over weekends (up to 50% travel).

Our market is law enforcement, so candidates must be able to pass a government background check.
