Charleston County is one of the fastest growing Counties in the State, and the Sheriff's Office is one of the largest full-service Sheriff's Offices in the State of South Carolina, and serves the third-most populous County. The Sheriffs office also operates the County jail, with inmate population rating of 1,917 inmates.
Faced with increasing reporting and administrative management requirements associated with daily operations, the Charleston County Sheriffs needed a software provider capable of meeting their existing requirements and providing an application that would adapt to the way they do business. The goal of the project was to achieve greater operational efficiencies and enhanced internal communications, resulting in better service to the citizens of Charleston County.
