PS.NET/RMS is supplied with integral mapping and crime analysis capabilities, and provides convenient utilities to allow the agency to quickly resolve reported addresses for rapid pin mapping and other geo-reference applications. The pin map capability allows automated pin mapping of selected data sub-sets. Multiple data selections can be shown on the same map. This allows, for crime type plotting by geographic distribution and basic trend analysis. |
