| Account Entry The account entry module is the main entry point for account information, and contains the basic account information. The Account component operates as the main operational record, and maintains the links to all module activity, including: ͼ Processes ͼ Names ͼ Transactions ͼ Services ͼ Service Assignment ͼ Service Activity ͼ Financial Account Transactions ͼ Account Disposition A quick account summary is displayed within the standard PS.NET Outlook style navigation menu which clearly displays the names, transactions and service that have been associated with the account. Account Names The account name entry screen maintains all associated names information with the account. The account owner can be entered into the system, as well as other involved individuals. Information entered into the names component will be used to prepare statements and reports. The name type determines the type of association the name has with the account. Account Transactions The account transaction component tracks and displays all financial activity associated with the account, and includes a double entry accounting table for quick reference and to facilitate agency audits. Within the module the system provides a convenient method for applying credits or debits to the account. Activities can include account debit for applying debits to the account, credits for indicating payments received associated with the account, and the transfer feature for distributing credits between multiple accounts. The system includes a quick statement generation for generating printable statements of the account. Sale Entry The sale entry module is the main module for entering and tracking sales information associated with the account. Property information is collected and disposition information is tracked until the property has been disposed and monies received. |

| Bank Deposit Module The PS.NET/Civil system includes an integrated Bank Deposit capability that provides the agency with the daily financial income information and on request will prepare the bank deposit. The bank deposit module provides a detailed account of all incoming credit funds to the system. At the close out point of each day the agency can review the cash drawer and enter the findings. The system will compare the figures provide by the user and what the system has tracked. If the amount is correct the deposit is made into the bank account. If the deposit does not match the user must review the transaction for the day to determine the shortage or overage on the deposit. Account Balances The system additionally provides a quick Account Balance review capability. The account balances component tracks and displays all accounts that have a balance and displays the current bank balance. The account balance module includes the fund account balances, the bank account balances, the fund balance, the bank balance, the pending deposit and the difference. Service Entry The service entry module is the main module for entering the information associated with each service order managed. The Account Service component coordinates the service details including, court information, plaintiff and defendants. This form collects the received date and time, received pin, court county, court state, court type, court date, due date, court case number, plaintiff, defendant and comments. Once a service has been defined the service processes screen provides a quick method to associate the process with the service. The process entry screen is comprised of the process type, the fee amount associated with the service and the process number. Service Entry Names The service name entry screen links the associate names with the service. Persons involved are identified along with their respective roles, including SERVE TO, return to, associated, or any other agency defined association. Residence and employment address information is available and the provides a convenient mans to identify which is the primary location to attempt service. The system maintains a link to the extended PS.NET Master Name Index for quick import of existing name data. An additional set of descriptive information is provided to assist in the service and to capture additional information related to restraining orders. Service Assignment and Tracking The service assignment entry screen provides a quick capability to assign the service to an agency bureau, division of specific unit. The screen includes services assignment date, officer identifier, assigned service area and a free form comments area for any specific instructions related to the assignment. The system will generate Service Worksheets to support the field officer and provide a quick method to record the service attempts, whether successful or not.
