System Pricing and Implementation Procedures
The Citizen Service Portal is provided to EIS customers for the nominal rate of $200.00 per month.  This includes necessary support services and defrays the cost of the public WEB site and transfer programs, as well as the base software.  This is billed annually with the support services agreement.

Trial Period
EIS will provide all start-up customers with three months of full use of the portal service.  As part of the start-up, EIS will also provide free installation of the portal transfer and control programs on the customer site, along with any necessary training and start-up support.  Training will be provided via automated or remote connection WEB programs.

Termination
The Customer Service Portal is a subscription service that runs concurrent with the agency's current support agreements.  Customer may terminate the agreement at the end of any support period. Data

Transfer Rights and Limitation of Liability
Customer agrees to allow transfer of statistical data to the EIS public WEB support site.  Customer agrees that this data is already in the public domain or is made available as a public service by the Customer.  Customer retains all rights to the data and has the right to modify or revoke data availability at any time.
